The LyoDry Midi Freeze Dryer is a multi-purpose laboratory freeze dryer condenser with an 18 kg ice capacity, with condenser temperature options of either -55°C or -85°C. It is suited to a broad range of freeze drying duties, from diverse laboratory applications to industrial pilot plant work. It can also be used as a condenser or solvent trap.
A modular system, it is available with a wide choice of drying accessories, and is ideal for pharma, food and beverage, botanical, geological and archaeological applications.
LyoDry Midi was originally designed to directly replace the Edwards EF12 Supermodulyo® freeze dryer, but today incorporates the latest freeze drying technologies.
LyoDry Midi customers include universities, government R&D, blue chip pharmaceutical, botanical research institutes and archaeological conservators, both in the UK and overseas. We receive excellent feedback.

ICE CONDENSER TEMPERATURE & CAPACITY
LyoDry Midi has a condenser capacity of 18 kg and condenser temperature options of either:

CONTROL
The LyoDry Midi features a clear, bright LCD display, visible even from a distance. Simple commands allow the operator to view vacuum units in millibar, Torr or pascal and temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. System status is obvious, even at a glance. The vacuum pump is controlled on-screen, and the user is prompted to do this when the condenser reaches temperature.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Please Contact Us for a quotation - this will include the Edwards RV12 rotary oil vacuum pump as standard. Alternatively, we will be pleased to include a dry (oil free) vacuum pump if preferred.
LyoDry Midi with 24-port column manifold
LyoDry Midi Freeze Dryer, 18 kg ice condenser capacity. with 24-port column manifold. Includes 24 ports, mounted radially around column with removable neoprene valves, each of which can be fitted with a flask of up to 1 litre capacity (flasks not supplied). A manifold sealing gasket is provided to seal the base.
