Monthly Rental of Freeze Dryers for Freeze Drying Trials
If you are freeze drying a new sample type for the first time, it makes good financial sense to hire freeze drying equipment to conduct trials on your product, before investing in capital equipment.
If trials are successful, and you decide to invest in a new freeze dryer, we can offset some of the hire cost against a new LyoDry Freeze Dryer - whether it is a benchtop freeze dryer, or a larger capacity freeze drying system.

Or if your existing freeze dryer requires service or repair, then hiring equipment will ensure that there is no interruption to your process.

LyoDry Compact Benchtop Freeze Dryer Rental
The LyoDry Compact benchtop freeze dryer condenser has an ice condenser capacity of 5Kg, and a condenser ultimate temperature of -55°C.

The LyoDry Compact benchtop freeze dryer is supplied for hire complete with vacuum pump and LSAD6 Acrylic Chamber and 6-tray accessory.

MechaTech can also assist with set up and basic operator training if required.

Modulyo Benchtop
Freeze Dryer Rental
The Modulyo benchtop freeze dryer condenser has an ice condenser capacity of 4.5Kg, and a condenser ultimate temperature of -50°C.

The Modulyo benchtop freeze dryer is supplied for hire complete with vacuum pump and LSAD6 Acrylic Chamber and 6-tray accessory.
MechaTech can also assist with set up and basic operator training if required.

The LyoDry Benchtop Pro freeze dryer condenser has an ice condenser capacity of 5Kg, and a condenser ultimate temperature of -55°C. It has the added fuctions of Touch screen control, pressure control, data analysis and trends, ethernet comms, USB, multiple profile creation.

The LyoDry Benchtop Pro freeze dryer is supplied for hire complete with vacuum pump and either LSAD6 Acrylic Chamber and 6-tray accessory (unheated) or LSAD6H Acrylic Chamber and heated 6-tray accessory.

SuperModulyo 3-shelf
Freeze Dryer Rental
The SuperModulyo 3-shelf freeze dryer has controllable shelf temperatures -40°C to 60°C with a -50°C condenser,18Kg ice capacity per batch and integral vacuum pump.
It also has a manual stoppering mechanism for the stoppering of vials whilst under vacuum.
