The LyoDry Compact benchtop freeze dryer condenser has an ice condenser capacity of 5Kg, and a condenser ultimate temperature of -55°C.
The LyoDry Compact benchtop freeze dryer is supplied for hire complete with vacuum pump and LSAD6 Acrylic Chamber and 6-tray accessory.

The LyoDry Benchtop Pro freeze dryer condenser has an ice condenser capacity of 5Kg, and a condenser ultimate temperature of -55°C. It has the added fuctions of Touch screen control, pressure control, data analysis and trends, ethernet comms, USB, multiple profile creation.
The LyoDry Benchtop Pro freeze dryer is supplied for hire complete with vacuum pump and either LSAD6 Acrylic Chamber and 6-tray accessory (unheated) or LSAD6H Acrylic Chamber and heated 6-tray accessory.

Freeze Dryer Rental
The SuperModulyo 3-shelf freeze dryer has controllable shelf temperatures -40°C to 60°C with a -50°C condenser,18Kg ice capacity per batch and integral vacuum pump.
It also has a manual stoppering mechanism for the stoppering of vials whilst under vacuum.

What is the minimum hire period? One month

What products can I freeze dry in your rental models? Our rental freeze dryers are suitable for freeze drying a wide range of products including foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, soil samples, flower petals etc – provided that the freezing point of the product is between ambient and -50°C.

Do your rental models include pre-freezing? Our benchtop freeze dryer rental models do not include pre-freeze. Samples must be pre-frozen externally before loading them to the freeze dryer. Customers usually pre-freeze in an external freezer, or snap freeze in liquid nitrogen.

How long does the freeze-drying process take? A rough guide is 24-48 hours but this varies depending upon the moisture content and density of your samples. The best way to find out is by conducting your own trials.

Do you deliver? Yes and we collect at the end of the hire period. In most cases, the equipment will be delivered by courier on a pallet. You will be responsible for offloading, and re-packing at the end of the hire period.

Do you offer training? Yes, on-site setup and basic operator training is available and operator manuals are available for download.

What is the availability of rental freeze dryers? Rental models are limited and always in demand. They are offered on a first come, first served basis, secured by payment of the proforma invoice.

We will deliver to and collect from your UK address. We can also provide set up instructions and basic operator training for an additional fee - recommended if you have no experience of freeze drying.
