Our Service Department regularly carries out repairs, scheduled service, maintenance and upgrades to the following freeze drying equipment:

We also have experience in the service/repair of other models including freeze dryers manufactured by Martin Christ, Heto, Labconco, Labogene, Telstar and Zirbus.
We are located north of Bristol near the M5/M4 interchange, so we can be withyou in a jiffy! Alternatively, we can collect your equipment and carry out the service at our workshops.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
We offer competitive ‘on demand’ rates, or preferential rates with an annual service contract including scheduled maintenance visits.
Service contracts can be tailored to suit your individual needs, with options including fixed labour rates, a set number of callouts per year, and monthly fixed payments to spread the cost if preferred.
RAMS are provided for every site visit. Each service/repair includes a Service Report for your records and a six month warranty, parts and labour.
Alternatively, we can collect your equipment and carry out the service at our workshops - often a cost saving advantage as this avoids the expense of engineer travel. For in-house service, we will collect and inspect equipment and then provide a firm quotation for approval before proceeding.
Once the service has been completed, we will return your equipment on a pre-arranged date.
